The pedagogical activities of the project are all aimed to the
insertion of disadvantaged adolescents to the world of work through
a formation programme. Pedagogy of quality has been chosen. The
project tries to promote the adolescents’ formation on three
specific levels: Diversity, Autonomy and Identity. This choice allows
the adolescents to receive a responsisble formation connected to
their reality, respecting the social context and problems. This
integral formation is aimed mainly to the preparation of the adolescents
for work (they learn to work), and then to a work education (they
work to learn). The meetings regularly held at the formation centre
are all related to the world of work: interpersonal relations, professional
ethic, work market, security and hygiene at work, politics and civic
education. This is needed for the adoloescents when starting new
jobs. These meetings are accompanied by a member of the company
in order to clarify any doubts about the work of the company, the
production and the tasks of each person. The projects offers a formation
